A color test that's too pretty to scrap. Ok, and the middle panel's funny!
Eh... Characters for my fanfic, "Awakening" ([link]). It's a weird story. Crosses over Dragonlance, Sailor Moon and Harry Potter in the world-setting of Gundam Wing (about 4 years after Endless Waltz). It makes more sense when you read it. (Wizards look at muggles fighting with robots and go, "Oooooo, are we glad those things can't come near our magical communities without shutting off." )
Maria is yelling out through the kitchen window at her son, Louis, in the middle panel (her first appearance in the story has her lecturing him). It's a wonder her neighbors' brains haven't turned to swiss cheese from being obliviated too much... She forgets that she's got to be more careful about doing magic when she gets carried away, which is bad because they live in a muggle neighborhood! Oh well, maybe the Brantleys won't mind: their little girl walks through walls! (in-joke)
And now the skillet explanantion: Maria can cook, she's just a menace with that skillet at any other time. It's a crack about Dragonlance's Tika and her 2+ skillet of draconian slaying. Tika was better at killing things with the skillet than the sword.
Jason Birkin is named after a family integral to the plot of the Resident Evil 2 videogame. He never comes out quite like I want him to when I'm sketching. It's the glasses, I swear...
Bleeech, I could tell you more about the characters, but I sense you've alreay tuned out and I'm pretty knackered, so it's time for me to take a quick schnooze.
Nice, but I had to use a link from one of your journal posts because the main link to your webpage is incorrect.
Also, would you be interested in some help developing and implementing a better design for your website? The current one can be a bit difficult to use.
I'm great at pretty much anything technical. Pick a method of contact, let me know your choice through either a deviantART note or the form on my website, and we can start deciding on a design for me to implement. As I like to put it, "if you can imagine it, I should be able to create it."
One final note. My site was a rush job. I've been meaning to rework it for ages but haven't had the time. (My requirements are very time-consuming compared to your average site)
If you don't mind, I suggest using e-mail from now on. That way, I get notified of new messages much more quickly. There's an e-mail form on my site.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

And, yeah, I'd like my site to look better, but I'm hopeless at anything more complicated than basic html.
Glad you like the color test.
