Old Stuff Revisted- DL SUEFEST

Every character in this picture is a Mary Sue. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Now, why did I draw a whole crapton of old Mary Sues?

Practice, thinking of old friends and good times, trying to see how much I remember of those first bad stories... Eh, I know, it's not Naruto, so I shouldn't have bothered posting it.

Armor is... pain and suffering. Yes. Pain and suffering. Caitlin's face (the mage) makes me LOL every single time I see it. She looks like she just wants everything to die in a fire.

WELL, SINCE YOU'RE PROBABLY LOST, HERE'S SOME BACKGROUND ON THE SUEAGE.

The Knight of Neraka and the girl in blue are Connor Brightblade and his twin Chance. They belong to an old friend of mine from middle school. As I recall their Sue-ish tale, they are the illegitimate spawn of the most virginy virgin that ever virgined, Steel Brightblade, and a "Mysterious woman/probable fae." IDK, I can't remember her explanation of what happened there. Connor has a Sesshoumaru complex - he wants Daddy's sword, but wangsty shapeshifting sister gets it instead. Chance does not want sword, but can't get rid of it. She also attracts kender. Both of them wangst all the time.

I really don't think this friend will ever rewrite them.

The basically-Raistlin-with-tits chick in red robes, Caitlin, is my unholy abomination of a Sue. To be fair, I first picked her up when I went to play AD&D for the first time (back in '96), said I wanted to be a female red robe and kept rolling Raistlin's stats. The Dungeon Master dropped the name on me after my third full set of re-rolls came up Raistlin. I cannot for the life of me remember what the hell Caitlin's story was, only that it changed often and almost always contradicted earlier versions. I do remember she was a snarky, PMSing jerk and sometimes spoke in tongues or knew stuff she wasn't supposed to, always appeared around the same age (with the staff, no less) and seemed to be able to skip through time/dimensions/Area 51 (don't ask, just don't). She also liked destroying things. Alot. She didn't wangst nearly as much as Connor or Chance, probably because she oozed snark and ran around on RAGE MODE.

If I rewrote her to this appearance now, it'd probably involve some nifty creative vengeance work by one five-headed goddess during War of Souls on one certain former priestess of Paladine (being as Tak's actual desired target died before the move, so it'd be a "next best thing" sort of thing). Also, mindscrew factors. _{And Takhisis did go after Goldmoon for Le Big Vengeance in canon, too, so I was actually surprised she didn't try to go after Crysania either.  Then again, Crysania was pals with Raistlin - she could have caught the badass from him.}

The last one, who's name I have TOTALLY forgotten, belongs to another old middle school friend. She's a kender who somehow gets to Nuitari in 5th Age and comes back, claiming to be a black robe. Nuitari probably just said "YES SURE, YOU'RE A MAGE, WHATEVER. JUST LEAVE PLEASE BEFORE YOU HANDLE EVERYTHING. 8CCC" She also comes back with a piece of rock she claims can patch her through to him directly, like a cell phone.

I also don't think she'll write that character again.

These characters used to get into all sorts of epic hijinks during middle school lunch breaks.
